I haven't taken me or the kid-lets to the gym since before Christmas because we have all been so sick off and on. I don't wanna share the germs or get new ones. I have been running on the treadmill getting my butt in gear for this but on Thursday I like to mix it up a bit with a wee-bit of yoga or something fun.
Today (count my lucky stars) I found a full 50 minute Zumba video on youTube...and its a goody.

Teacher is GREAT but its not been since my dancin' days that I saw a man moves his hips like...eeek!
Couldn't keep my greedy eyes off girlfiend's hammer-pants in the orange tank-top...want.
Kept, strangely, thinking of Downton Abby during most of this video...the accents? Maybe?
It kinda kicked my trash....
